A systematic and well-controlled implementation strategy was adopted, covering surveyor training, field deployment, and data quality assurance. Surveyors underwent structured training and were supported through detailed field protocols. Quality assurance mechanisms included continuous supervision, spot checks, random script recordings, and periodic data validation by CDSA to ensure adherence to protocols and consistency in administration.
