Mr. Satish Kumar Sharma is a seasoned finance and management professional with decades of rich experience in corporate leadership and education. As the Founder, Chairman Cum Managing Director of Muni Vasisth Foundation, he is deeply committed to serving mankind through the eternal path of Sanatan Dharma.

Guided by the timeless wisdom and ideals of Maharshi Vashishtha, Mr. Sharma blends his extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence with a profound spiritual vision. His leadership is rooted in Dharmic principles — emphasizing selfless service (Seva), compassion, and the upliftment of society.

With a strong track record of leadership in both education and business, he has previously served as Secretary of Sumangalam Sewa aivam Educational Samiti, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. He has also been the Chairman of India International Public School, Vaishali, Ghaziabad (U.P.). In the corporate domain, Mr. Sharma has held directorships in M/s Vashishtha Global Resources (HK) Limited, Hong Kong, Vashishtha Iron & Iron Ore Private Limited-Delhi, Sabola Agro LLP-Delhi and Dheklapara Tea Estate Limited-Kolkata. These roles reflect his long-standing dedication to educational excellence and responsible entrepreneurship.

Under his guidance, the Muni Vasisth Foundation is dedicated to the service of humanity by promoting education, healthcare, community welfare, and the preservation of Sanatan values. Priyanka Sharma

Co-Founder & Director

Dr. Priyanka Sharma is a distinguished educationist with over 25 years of extensive experience in education policy, research, and practice. As Co-Founder and Director of Muni Vasisth Foundation, she brings profound expertise and a deep commitment to the service of mankind through the eternal principles of Sanatan Dharma.

A passionate advocate of transformative and value-based education, Dr. Sharma has held key leadership roles across government, NGOs, and global organizations. She has served as Senior Research Advisor at the National Testing Agency (Ministry of Education, Government of India), where she drove research-based reforms in high-stakes examinations. She also worked as Research Officer at CAER (a CBSE–Pearson Foundation initiative), leading policy-relevant studies.

Her illustrious career spans prestigious institutions including the Azim Premji Foundation, COE-India, Pearson Assessment (USA), Khan Academy, and ACER India. She has made significant contributions as a STEM educator, teacher trainer, test developer, psychometrician, and research leader — consistently working towards building fair, robust, and learner-centric education systems.
